Do I have to replace QuickBooks?
No. ConstructiveCore runs your jobs, purchase orders and billing, and syncs with QuickBooks so your books stay where they are.
Which versions of QuickBooks does it work with?
QuickBooks Online: customers, vendors, bills, invoices and payments sync. QuickBooks Desktop: customers and vendors sync through the QuickBooks Web Connector.
Can my accountant have access?
Yes. Invite them with the accountant role and choose the dates their access covers. They get their own workspace for close, tie-out and WIP entries, and any question they raise is emailed to you to answer.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer free trials. Instead, we'll walk you through ConstructiveCore with example contractor data in 15 minutes, so you can see whether it fits before you commit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your team grows or shrinks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and other online payment methods, processed securely through Stripe.
